I offer group in-person classes in Aston Clinton and Buckland, Buckinghamshire, for all ages, gender and fitness ability. Classes include Beginners-to-Intermediate Pilates, Pilates for Life, Chair Pilates for Seniors, and HIP (High Intensity Power) Pilates.

About Me
Hello! I'm Noelle. I fell in love with Pilates 25 years ago when, whilst working in an office, a chiropractor recommended it to me as a way of easing my constant lower back pain. I went on to become a qualified sports massage therapist and I realised that the clients who took up Pilates on my recommendation came to see me less often as it began to work its magic. My sister, suffering similar back pain and diagnosed with a degenerative spine, also took up Pilates and avoided the spinal fusion surgery she was told was necessary.
With the encouragement of my own amazing Pilates teachers I trained with Body Control Pilates in 2013 and realised my passion to become a Pilates teacher. I have never looked back! I enjoy keeping my Pilates training and knowledge up to date and this is reflected in my classes.
My mission is to get people moving in a confident and mindful way, improving health and wellbeing regardless of age, gender or fitness ability. I truly believe Pilates can change both your body and your state of mind.




About Body Control Pilates
Body Control Pilates is based on the work of Joseph Pilates (1880-1967), who created a series of exercises that built strength without adding bulk, and which balanced that strength with flexibility. Body Control Pilates is remarkably effective and medically approved. It is holistic in nature and based upon a well-constructed philosophical foundation. Central to the Method is an awareness of one's own body, and each and every exercise is built around eight core principles:
